Return Eligibility:
Our return policy is only applicable to products purchased directly from the REM Tape website. If you purchased our products from another retailer, please check their specific return policy for details.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the return request is made after the specified time period, we will not be able to process your return.
- Returned item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original sealed packaging (exempt for single item orders by first time buyers).

- Processing Your Request: Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- Refund Timeline: After the return is processed and accepted, your refund will be issued. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and provider.
Additional Information:
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). In case of a refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged Products: If you receive product that is damaged, contact us at support@rem-tape.com with your order information and images of the damaged product and we will make sure you are taken care of!
